1. Ticket Cancellation
Event registrations and tickets can be cancelled only if requested at least 7 days before the event date.
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of the ticket amount.
Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
4. Event Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the rescheduling notice.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Failure to attend the event.
Incorrect booking details provided by the customer.
Requests made after the applicable cancellation period.
Force majeure events where the organizer is unable to conduct the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior written approval from the organizer, if permitted for the specific event.
